Final greetings to all, This will be the last post on this blog. Our trip home from Ohio was basically uneventful. There were the ususal expected minor delays for construction areas (tis the season). For lunch yesterday we stopped at a McDonald's just before we left Ohio where Char had the six piece chicken McNuggets with Sweet & Sour sauce and half of an order of medium fries. After that she looked at me and said, "I'm still hungry. Go get me a Hot Fudge Sundae." She finished that up and then we were back on the road again. After we got home and relaxed for a short while we met Alex and Margie for dinner at Denny's. They came back to the house and Alex stayed over.
This morning we took Alex over to church for Vacation Bible School and then this afternoon Char had the first session of her next round of chemo. This session will be once a week for three weeks. One week off. And then repeat four times. After that we don't know what is next.

I am a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church and I have recently become the Presbytery Resource Person for the Theological Education Fund of the Presbyterian Church USA. As part of my college training I designed websites for both my church and the local Presbytery. I have been married for 36 years to a warm, loving, special lady named Charlotte and we have two great children, Margie and Francis, and one grandchild, Alex, who all live in the Syracuse area. Francis is getting married in October and Margie is dating a great guy named Mike.
